This “Privacy Policy” governs the processing of your personal data by HypedPair(the controller for processing), with its registered office in Veldhoven, registered in the Kamer Van Koophandel under number 82242704.
This Privacy Policy contains your rights and obligations with regard to HypedPair.  The Policy is regularly updated or updated and you will always find the most recent and valid version on our website.

The current Privacy Policy guarantees compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data as described in European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and the Law on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data of July 30, 2018.  The person responsible for the processing of your personal data is Hypedpair.
