RETURNS
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
The return shipment must meet the following conditions:
- The product is completely new , so unworn and undamaged .
- It is in its original packaging , which is in perfect condition .
- The HypedPair label is still attached to the product.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
Please register your return first by email
If you want to return an item, please notify us by email first.
Send an email to info@hypedpair.com with:
- Your order number
- The name of the product you wish to return
- (If applicable) the reason for return
Without registration and order number we cannot process your return.
Important return instructions
– Returns are arranged by the customer.
We don't provide a return label . You choose your own shipping service.
– We strongly recommend using insured and traceable shipping (with track & trace) .
HypedPair is not liable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
– Carefully pack the sneakers in an extra shipping box so that the original shoe box is not damaged .
If the original packaging is damaged, the return may be refused.
Unaccepted returns
Returns will not be accepted if:
- the product shows signs of use, damage or wear ;
- the item does not match the original order ;
- the item is no longer saleable (e.g. due to damage or missing label).
Exception – orders on request
Products that have been purchased specifically for you on request (i.e. not from our regular stock) cannot be returned .
These items are thoroughly checked before shipping.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days , depending on the payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Once you place an order, it's processed immediately , so you can enjoy your new sneakers as soon as possible, even on weekends. Therefore, it's unfortunately not possible to cancel an order after it's been placed.
