GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HYPEDPAIR

This website is operated by HypedPair . Wherever these terms refer to "we," "us," or "our," this refers to HypedPair. By using our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including visitors, customers, vendors, and other content contributors.

DISPATCH

All shipments are handled by PostNL , as standard or registered shipping.

• Large orders (such as sneakers or multiple items) are shipped as parcels with Track & Trace . You'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation email, allowing you to follow your package all the way to your door.
• Smaller orders (such as T-shirts, accessories, or personal care products) are usually shipped as letterbox mail without Track & Trace . These shipments cannot be tracked .

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order. The average delivery time is 1 to 5 business days , in accordance with PostNL's terms and conditions. HypedPair is not responsible for carrier delays.

SECURE PAYMENT

You can pay safely via:

Your payment will be processed in euros (€) via Mollie Payments , a reliable and secure payment provider.

RETURNS

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt .

Conditions:

• Products must be returned new, unworn and in undamaged original packaging .
• The original HypedPair label has yet to be attached.
• Discounted items cannot be returned.
• Returns will not be accepted if the item does not match the original order, has been visibly used, or has been rendered unsalable.

Return procedure:

1. Please register your return by email to info@hypedpair.com , stating your order number , the item in question and, if applicable, the reason for return.
2. Once approved, please return the item to our returns address.

• Return shipping is at your own expense .
• We do not provide a return label .
• Please use an additional shipping box to protect the original packaging .
• We recommend insured and traceable shipping (with Track & Trace) .
• HypedPair is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Exception:

Products that were specially ordered on request (i.e., not from our inventory) cannot be returned . These items were personally purchased for you and carefully inspected beforehand.

REFUND

After receiving and checking the returned product, you will receive a confirmation.
If approved, the amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days via the original payment method.

Some products are only available online and may be in limited quantities. We do our best to display colors and products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display the colors accurately.
