Orders over €30 will be shipped free of charge.

How will my package be shipped?

Your sneakers will be carefully packaged in an extra box and bubble wrap to prevent damage during transport. All sneaker orders are shipped insured via PostNL with track & trace . You will automatically receive the tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
We ship smaller products via regular mail. These shipments do not have tracking .

I have placed an order, when can I expect my order?

After placing your order, you'll immediately receive an order confirmation by email . As soon as we start packing your order, you'll receive a second email with a track & trace code . This allows you to track your package in real time once it's handed over to the carrier.

If you order on a business day before 4:00 PM , your package will usually be delivered the next day . Please note that during busy periods at PostNL, DPD, or DHL, delivery may take a little longer.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, that's possible! You can pick up your order for free at our store at Meent 32, 5501 JK Veldhoven .
Please note: when ordering, please clearly indicate that you wish to collect your order.

What if I didn't receive my order?

If your order is marked as delivered according to the track & trace , but you haven't received anything, please let us know within 3 business days by sending an email to info@hypedpair.com. After this period, we unfortunately can no longer initiate an investigation through our insurer .

Do you have all the sneakers and products in stock?

Yes, all products you see in our webshop are in stock , unless otherwise stated. Therefore, everything ordered before 4:00 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day .

Do you have any sneakers that aren't listed on the website?

Yes! We can arrange almost any sneaker for you , even if they're not listed on our website.

Yes, all our sneakers are 100% authentic . Each pair is carefully inspected by our sneaker experts before shipping. This way, you're always guaranteed an original product.

Yes, all the sneakers we offer are brand new and come in their original boxes . Some pairs may have been re-laced because they were on display in our store.

Please note: Due to storage, shipping, or age, the shoebox and accompanying paper may show slight wear or signs of use .

We plastic-coat our sneakers in-store to protect them from damage and dust . This way, every pair stays 100% new for our customers.
